First Fruits
So I'm quite new to the styling and designing game. And I've done a couple of shoots here and there but have never gotten paid. Til now.
A very generous client, who shall remain unnamed, has "indefinitely lent" (I told her I don't want her to give them to me cause I'd feel guilty), me two of her vintage (well not so vintage since the Damier Azur came out around 2006) Speedy 25s. It definitely saved my horrible Valentine's day (more on that, never).
As you can see from my very stupid grin, I am quite happy with the two. I remember in high school when I begged my parents to get me one. Finally the time has come.
Anyway that's it for now!
Kiss kiss!
PS if you feel like I'm bragging or anything, let's talk. You know how to contact me :D
PPS thank you for to all the people reading my blog! It's reached 1400+ views! Hello to Brazil, Portugal, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom! I have always wanted to see your beautiful lands!

El Bosquejo
This is from the About section of his online catalog:
I'm positively dying over the accessories line of Miguel Paolo Celestial El Bosquejo. As y'all know I have a penchant for accessories (if you didn't well you do now). And I think pieces from El Bosquejo are the perfect addition to any wardrobe or archive.
Miggy (yuck, feeling close; I don't know if anyone even calls him that), uses various materials ranging from stones (not bato ha, the nice looking ones), grommets, nuts, among others. My favorite collections from his line are the "Hardware" (which is very industrial, very steampunk, unless I got the idea of steampunk wrong lols) and "Sacre" (which is still a bit industrial but with a religious twist). The prices of his pieces range from 500 bucks to around a whopping five gs for a heavily embellished necklace.
Here are some pictures of the pieces that I want from his site Bosquejo Bazaar:
Miguel is a very talented designer and thrift shopper (y'all should head over tot his blog after reading this post. His thrift purchases are just as amazing as his designer mainstays. And, isn't he just so adorable???
Bosquejo is a collection of different jewelry lines designed by Miguel Paolo Celestial.“Bosquejo” is Spanish for sketch, outline, and draft. Miguel first used the name for his menswear blog, El Bosquejo (http://lbosquejo.com), which is his personal style diary for ideas, inspiration, and ponderings related to men’s fashion.Initially, Miguel just wanted to create necklaces for himself, since he was not satisfied with what was available in the market. He wanted to use materials that were not usually worn as accessories, and join different types – such as metal, wood, stone, and plastic – to see how they complemented each other. After making a few necklaces, interest in them convinced Miguel to produce commercially. The pieces are intentionally androgynous, wearable by both men and women.

Arianna II from the Hardware Collection. Priced at P3795 |
Iocaste from the Hardware Collection. Priced at P2800. |
Featherlight from the Hardware Collection. Priced at P500. |
One of my absolute favorites: Erinyes from the Hardware Collection. Priced at P3095. |
Benedict IV from the Sacre Collection. Priced at P4895. Now that I think about it, the Sacre collection seems more steampunk than the Hardware collection. |
